Transitioning from a project team member to project manager (or project lead) can be a real challenge.  Understanding what it takes to make a project successful is an important first step.  Being able to transform understanding into action is what separates those that make it from those that don't.  

In this fast-paced, engaging workshop, those that are new to project management will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of managing projects, and then apply those fundamentals to their own projects.  This ensures that the return on your training investment is immediate and dramatic.


Purpose:  To provide project managers, teams and individuals with the skills needed to take a results-oriented approach to short term projects and other day-to-day responsibilities.
