David
A. Po-Chedley
Dave Po-Chedley has been
actively involved in project management for over 25 years. During this
time, he has worked on and managed projects, and helped others to manage
projects effectively through consulting and training. He is President of
Cambridge Consulting, a firm dedicated to enhancing project effectiveness
for clients around the world (and a PMI Registered Education Provider).
Thousands of people from organizations
in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and South America have benefited
from workshops and consulting services provided by Mr. Po-Chedley. They
include General Dynamics, Janssen Pharmaceutical, Fleet Boston Financial,
Boeing, MedImmune, General Motors, US Airways, Alcon Labs, IBM, Motorola,

Dave has taught at the graduate level
and has written several books that have been used to support client
workshops and consulting services. Topics include project management, e

Relationship Management (published by HRD Press, 2001). He is certified by
the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management
Professional (PMP).
Mr. Po-Chedley serves on the Board of
Directors for Pioneer Aerospace, a supplier of deceleration equipment to
the U.S. military, NASA and foreign governments. He is also an active
member of ASTD (American Society of Training and Development), currently
serving as a board member in the Ocean State Chapter. Dave is an active
member in PMI (Project Management Institute), and serves as an adjunct
faculty member for the PMI Seminars World program.
Jim
Pfeffer
Jim Pfeffer 's experience
includes over 25 years in project management along with executive and
organization development. He has had over 20 years in project management
and related training along with change management consulting among
transportation (air), government, public and private industries.
Organizations Jim has worked with
include Applied Materials, US Army and Air Force, Sun Microsystems,
Oracle, Hewlett Packard, Chevron, International Harvester/CASE Equipment,
Conoco Chemicals, Hughes Tool Company, General Dynamics, McDonnell Douglas
Aircraft, ARAMCO, Perrier, EMCORE (semiconductors), Trinity College of
Graduate Studies and Telephonics Corporation (a direct supplier to
Caltrans).
Over the years, Jim has taught project
management, problem solving, decision-making, team development, process
improvement and meeting management. He has also consulted in each of these
areas.
He has worked with many international
companies and has instituted productivity and quality programs, and
developed internal and external consulting organizations. Mr. Pfeffer has
developed process management systems and directed major core business
process transformations (in 40-50 billion dollar companies).
Now based in southern California, Jim
has done Ph.D. work in Organization Development and Clinical Psychology;
he holds a Masters Degree in Higher Education Administration/Counseling
and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Chemistry and Mechanical
Engineering.
Helping organizations see the hidden
systems context within which they operate, and how to leverage them, is
his specialty. Knowledge management, workflow and human interfaces are the
key targets in his analyses. The most dramatic transformations have
occurred where the executives are counseled while they transition into the
difficult behaviors required by new business performance demands.
Thomas
R. Evans
Mr. Evans has over fifteen
years of experience specializing in the development and delivery of
workshops in project management, customer service and interpersonal and
communications skills. He has delivered project management and related
training to a wide variety of target populations including technical,
consulting, financial and professional services. He also works extensively
with all types of work teams, from project and cross-functional to
self-directed/self-managed and consulting teams. Tom is experienced in
team assessment, coaching and consulting interventions, training
development and delivery (including experiential), and leader/facilitator
training and coaching.
Mr. Evans' work with self-directed
project teams involves organization and team readiness assessment,
assistance in the planning and implementation of the teams including
development and delivery of training for management, team leaders,
facilitators and members.
Prior to joining Cambridge Consulting
as a Senior Associate, Mr. Evans was an internal organizational
development consultant for The Travelers Companies in Hartford,
Connecticut. Concentrating his work in the information systems department,
he worked extensively in team development and training for all types of
teams, from project teams to self-directed work teams. He also provided
facilitation support through the executive level for various project,
divisional and departmental planning and problem resolution sessions.
Mr. Evans also co-managed the quality
circle program at The Travelers in the information systems department,
developing and delivering management, leader, facilitator and member
training for over 60 voluntary improvement teams.
Mr. Evans has a technical background
and prior to his organizational development work, he designed and
delivered technical training for mainframe software products. He also
managed a team that provided software support for host interactive
products. Prior to that, he worked as a systems software programmer.
Mr. Evans has a BA in Mathematics and
Computer Science from the State University of New York at Brockport. He is
MBTI and Zenger-Miller certified. He is a member of the American Society
for Training and Development and the Western New England Organizational
Development Network. Mr. Evans is also an adjunct faculty member of the
Boston University Metropolitan College Corporate Education Center and
Rensselaer at Hartford.
Fred
Kleiman
Fred Kleiman has been an
Associate with Cambridge Consulting for over ten years. During that time,
he has supported many engagements with Clients in a variety of industry
sectors.
Since completing his graduate work in
Industrial and Organizational Psychology at New York University, Fred has
amassed over 25 years of experience as an Organization and Management
Development consultant. During that time, he's developed a solid record of
success in improving quality, increasing productivity and enhancing
organizational effectiveness. His wide range of industry experience
includes state and local government, utilities, consumer products,
financial services, engineering, construction, technical and
transportation.
Fred has worked organizations on
improving customer service, critical thinking skills, communications,

Kathleen
founded Commtec Communications Group in 1982 after leaving a senior sales
position with Xerox Learning Systems.
Since
that time, Kathleen has focused her energies in the areas of performance
improvement, quality assurance projects and in developing customized
training programs in quality, media skills, presentation skills, problem
solving, management development, interviewing skills, selling skills and
innovation training. Kathleen
is a gifted consultant, one that clients repeatedly seek out when looking
for new approaches to solve performance problems or when experiencing
problems with new or existing training.
She has trained thousands of individuals at all levels of business. Kathleen’s Quality Assurance projects include the
development of standards of practice, peer assessment processes and the
development of continuous learning curriculum.
In
addition, Kathleen has frequently coached executive and senior managers in

Douglas Boebinger, PMP
Doug Boebinger has over 20 years of experience as a project manager,
project management consultant and trainer. He has been involved in
projects in the construction, automotive, IT and insurance industries. Mr.
Boebinger has consulted on major process improvement initiatives for a
Fortune 5 company which included a process benchmarking trip to Japan.
Mr. Boebinger has led project management training courses for a number of
prominent companies, including Ford Motor Company, General Motors,
DaimlerChrysler, Comerica Bank, Breed Technologies, CIBER, and EDS. He is also
an adjunct faculty member at Colorado Technical University, Cleary University
and Colorado Christian University where he teaches various project management

Rosalie’s
international experience includes consulting and training in the United States,
Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Brazil and Puerto Rico. She is fluent in
Spanish.

Robert St. Germain
Rob
St. Germain is a hands-on consultant, trainer and project management
specialist who brings practical experience-born wisdom to the concept and
application of leadership in projects and product development.
He is a certified Project Management Institute (PMI) instructor and
teaches their Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) foundations
course. He is a lively and
entertaining speaker who mixes humor and straight talk to drive home
concepts and apply them to real world situations.
He
works with clients to increase overall organizational effectiveness by
focusing on work processes, collaboration, communication and leadership in
planning and executing projects. He
has been in private practice for 15 years working with over 50 clients
including companies in high technology, medical products, automotive,
financial services, transportation, distribution, consumer goods, food
service, and general manufacturing in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and
Africa. He has also worked
with numerous non-profit and governmental organizations, federal, state
and local. He is a frequent
speaker and has been an adjunct professor in the graduate school at Babson
College.
Rob
is an innovative problem solver and skilled facilitator, and has served
widely as a coach and mentor to numerous clients – executives, managers
and teams. His warm and friendly nature engenders trust, and his depth
of experience gives him a broad skill set and an understanding of many
situations from which he can provide examples to make concepts come alive.
He
is a former executive and manager with 25 years in various manufacturing
and service organizations. He
has hands on experience in general management, project management,
strategic planning, product development, finance and information
technology. Prior to
beginning his consulting practice, he was Director of Corporate Planning
at Motorola-Codex and was a member of the team that won the Malcolm
Baldrige National Quality Award. He
has served on several boards.
Rob
also spent 8 years as an Engineering Officer in the Army Corps Of
Engineers (Reserve) leading numerous engineering projects.
Education
and Certification
Rob
received an M.B.A. with a concentration in Information Management (cum
laude) and a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Babson College and is
a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management
Professional (PMP). He is a
member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Continued education includes numerous seminars and workshops in
project management, organizational development, process redesign, change
technique including large group change process, leadership and team
development.
Herb
Gabora
Mr. Gabora has been
involved with organization and project effectiveness for over 20 years.
He is the author of the business satire, No-Bull
Management, which is the basis for the one-day workshop by the same
name.
Herb is a registered
Organization Development Consultant and has been involved in major
organization change projects over the last twenty-five years. He
has consulted with a range of companies on issues of organization and team
effectiveness including, Spar Aerospace, Bayer Inc., Milgo Solutions, and
the Economic Development Corp. Herb
has had previous executive experience with major project oriented firms
including Mitel Corporation, Nortel Networks and Bell-Northern Research.
Herb
has taught at several universities and has made conference presentations
in the U.S., Canada, Japan and Ireland.
At the Project Management Institute conference in San Antonio, Herb
presented a paper entitled: No Bull Project Management: Dealing with the Politics and
People Issues That Bring Projects Down.
He has published numerous articles on management and organization
issues.
