Biography: Dave Po-Chedley,
PMP

Dave Po-Chedley
has been actively involved in project management
for over 30 years. During this time, he has worked
on and managed projects, and helped others to
manage projects effectively through consulting and
training. He is a Principal at Cambridge
Consulting, a firm dedicated to enhancing project
effectiveness for clients around the world.
Thousands of people
from organizations in North America, Europe, Asia,
Africa, Australia and South America have benefited
from workshops and consulting services provided by
Mr. Po-Chedley. They include General Dynamics, The
U.S. Navy, MITRE Corporation, Johnson &
Johnson, Boeing, General Motors, US Airways, IBM,
Motorola, Oppenheimer Funds, AT&T, the U.S.
Department of Education, United Airlines and
General Electric.
In his work at
Cambridge Consulting, Dave has worked with in
virtually every industry to support their project
performance development efforts in the following

Dave has written
several books that have been used to support
client workshops and consulting services. Topics
include Project Management, e-Projects, Coaching,
Customer Service, Managing Problems/Decisions,
Quality Improvement, Achieving Results and
Leadership.
His most recent book,
Client Relationship Management (published by HRD
Press, 2001) is included in the Project Client
Relationship Management workshop delivered as part
of the PMI SeminarsWorld
