The most difficult aspect of systems development and
integration, process improvement and product design projects seems to be the
capturing and fulfilling of requirements. It is often cited as the highest cause
of project failure. A comprehensive course in requirements could easily fill a
several week curriculum.
Purpose:
This one-day course provides a working understanding of the process of
